What Is A Homestay?
A homestay is a "home away from home" for international students when they come to the GTA to visit, study, or work. A host family opens up their home for an international student to live and experience a lifestyle in Canada while under the supervision of a guardian.

What Is A Custodian?

Custodians are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who act as the guardian for students under the age of 18 who come to Canada. These students are not accompanied by a parent or guardian when they immigrate/travel and are required to have a guardian as they are minors.
At P&P Educational Services, we ensure that your child is placed in a homestay accommodation that is of the best quality, affordable, and safe while meeting the client's and host's needs. Our hosts go through a selection process which includes an application form, interview, house visit, and two reference checks. Their profile is then sent to our clients for them to review and make a personal selection. Our clients are assisted by our specialists throughout the homestay process even before a departure date is set. Each student is placed in a room with a bed, space for storage of clothes and belongs, and a desk with lamp. Each placement has sufficient heating and lighting, provision of towels and laundry service, close access to public transportation, and 3 nutritious meals per day. Throughout the stay, our specialists are available for both the client and the host to reach out to if needed. P&P Educational Services looks to work with healthy families to provide our clients with the option of a wholistic homestay host.
